We are selling our beloved Spartan.

It is a 1955 Imperial Mansion, 42' long.

It has current California registration and a clean California title.

My wife and I lived in in for 3 years and LOVED it.

It is fully functional. New LPG system. New water heater. New plumbing fixtures and much new plumbing. Rebuilt the thermostat on the original Penway oven. Stove has been replaced. New Fridge. New flooring. Original Gas furnace has been removed.

It has most of the original wood, in good shape for its age. Some paint in the bedroom. 

This trailer has been occupied since 1960, to the best of my knowledge. It had been in a Mobile Home park in Auburn, Ca from 1960 until 4-5 years ago.

This trailer is fully liveable, part time or full time. It would make a lovely guesthouse, or a ft residence for the right person.
